This space is carefully curated with unique ranch style furniture in the living and bed room, while also allowing natural light to pour through the three windows and front door. It also holds a full bathroom and coffee bar with a mini fridge. This space can be utilized in several ways; indoor photo shoots, lounge area for a full day brand shoot, or an overnight stay for a multi day project. This area is where food & drinks will be located if added onto the session.

A 600sqft studio with all white color from floor to ceiling. This space is perfect for branding, product shoot, or headshots. With two large windows providing natural lighting on the south side, you can catch the sunrise and sunset views. This space comes with a Lowel lighting kit as well.

Whether you’re doing a multi day shoot or want to catch the sunrise, a stay at the Ranch is perfect for photographers, talent, or those working on the project. Included is a plush queen size bed, large cozy living room, coffee bar & coffee, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, and a full bathroom with essentials.

With 500 acres there is always something to explore! The immediate surroundings of the Ranch Homestead boasts a fire pit, hay bales, a swinging day bed, beautiful grass pastures, barns, unique fences, and more.

Here are a few of our favorite hot spots on The Ranch;

The Arena - this is your classic outdoor arena with lights all the way around, a chute for steers, and several pins. Utilize this space for a romantic date night under the lights, to show off your horsemanship, or for a unique background for a branding shoot.

The Back Pond - not only is the pond full of bass & catfish (catch and release only) but it has multiple locations throughout that all differ. Beautiful red rock along the side of the hill comes down to one of the most shallow parts of the water, making it level for a picnic, s’mores campfire, or the best fishing set up. Around the bends of the pond you’ll find more terrain that showcases ‘Turtle Cave’ and unique fishing holes.

Hilltops - there are two distinct and beautiful hilltops on the ranch that offer 360 views around the area. These prove perfect for candid couple photos, the best sunset shots, and running in the tall grass.

At almost any given time on the ranch you can see our longhorns & horses in the pastures surrounding the house and ponds. There is always a chance of having them in the back of your shot, but we also offer assistance with ensuring the perfect picture is captured!

Longhorns - with our longhorns we are able to have them caught in four different areas depending on the location and background you choose. We can also feed them in certain open pastures to keep them closer to you for different location options. This is an add-on option once you book your outdoor hourly appointment.

Horses - there are two options when it comes to our horses. One being similar to the longhorns, we can have them in four enclosed pasture options, tied up at any fence location, or led to a location of your choice unsaddled. The other option we have with our horses is having them more involved with your photos! We provide a trained, saddled, and picture perfect horse to ride. The horse will be under the care of our horse handler at the ranch at all times. This option requires more hands on work and a release form signed. This can be added on while booking your outdoor appointment.

Fink Ranch is happy to accommodate to larger groups for detailed projects. The entire acreage & indoor space can be rented and utilized for projects. We also offer complementary food and drink for projects who have rented 4 hours or more.
